    SSAI maintains a formal Incident Management and Response Framework consistent with ISO 27001, cybersecurity best practices, and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where relevant). Key elements include: • 24/7 monitoring and detection: Systems and logs are monitored for suspicious activity, anomalies, and potential compromise indicators. • Incident response: In the event of a suspected or confirmed incident, SSAI follows a structured process to: a. Contain and mitigate the incident, b. Conduct root cause analysis, c. Restore secure operations, and d. Implement corrective and preventive actions. • Notification and communication: Where required by law or contractual obligations, SSAI will: a. Notify affected clients and, if applicable, relevant authorities within timelines prescribed by applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR breach notification requirements), and b. Provide appropriate information on the nature of the incident, impact, and remedial measures. • Continuous improvement: All significant incidents are reviewed through a post incident review process, which may lead to updates to policies, controls, system configurations, and staff training.
